These Terms of Use govern the use of the website operated by BitRoll Ltd. (hereinafter: "BitRoll", "we") at bitroll.hu (hereinafter: "Website").

2. Scope and acceptance

By accessing the Website or submitting the contact form, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the Website.

3. Purpose and content of the Website

The Website serves to present BitRoll's services: software development, IT security consulting, AI integration and related advisory activities. The information published on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer under section 6:64 of the Hungarian Civil Code. Specific services are provided exclusively under separate agreements.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, logos, illustrations, photographs, code — is the intellectual property of BitRoll or its partners, and is protected under Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright and applicable international treaties. Any use (copying, distribution, modification, public display) requires BitRoll's prior written consent.

5. User obligations

By using the Website you agree to:

  • refrain from any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Website or its infrastructure;
  • not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems;
  • use the Website solely for lawful purposes;
  • provide accurate information when submitting the contact form.

6. Contact form

The contact form allows you to send a message to BitRoll for information or quotation requests. The form is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA. Submitted data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of the form does not, in itself, establish a contractual relationship; a binding contract is concluded only through individual negotiation.

7. Limitation of liability

BitRoll makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the Website, but does not warrant its completeness, correctness or currency. To the extent permitted by law, BitRoll excludes liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website, except for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. External links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. signward.com, policies.google.com). BitRoll assumes no responsibility for the content or data processing practices of such external sites.

10. Final provisions

These Terms of Use are governed by Hungarian law. The parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest for any dispute, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts of competence.

BitRoll reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Use by publishing the updated version on the Website. Amendments take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
